Logiztik Alliance Group, a perishable freight forwarder headquartered in Ecuador, has recently finalized the purchase of GG Cargo Services LLC, a Miami based company. The purchase of GG Cargo Service adds an additional 20,000 tons of cargo per year to Logiztik Alliance Group’s regional activities which now surpass 90,000 tons a year.
“By incorporating GG Cargo Service into the group, we are able to offer our customers a more integrated, transparent and streamlined end-to-end service into the USA”, says Troy Graham, the group’s General Manager. “This purchase clearly shows our long-term commitment to the perishable forwarding market and solidifies our position as a leading perishable forwarder in the region".
With the acquisition of GG Cargo Services, Logiztik Alliance Group continues to expand its global freight forwarding presence which currently includes Ecuador, Colombia, Netherlands and China.
