Important visitors at the Dutch Flower Group. On August 16, the United Kingdom’s minister of Foreign Affairs Jeremy Hunt came to visit the exporters.
The news was shared by director of marketing at DFG Marcel Zandvliet on LinkedIn. Besides the minister, Nick Heath, Deputy Head of Mission of the United Kingdom and a delegation of the British embassy in the Hague were also present. Harry Brockhoff, CFO of DFG, guided the group, explaining the process from sourcing to the delivering to retailers and the consequences of the Brexit situation on business both in England and in the Netherlands.
