Ball Horticultural Company wins Best in Show booth at Farwest

Ball Horticultural Company (Booth #5043) captured the coveted Ted Van Veen Best in Show booth award at the 2018 Farwest Show. The company won for its vividly colored booth packed with flowers and brightly lit displays, including a display of energy-saving LED grow lights.

“The Farwest Show floor this year is full of exhibitors representing their offerings to the maximum extent, while also showcasing the richness and diversity the green industry has to offer,” show director Allan Niemi of the Oregon Association of Nurseries said. “Our judges loved this booth in particular, but there are many booths that are simply must-see. Visiting Farwest really gives you a complete picture of the industry — both the growers that raise great trees and plants, and the suppliers and service providers that help make it possible.”

Ball also captured a Best of Division award for Best Island Booth, Grower. Other Best of Division award winners included the following:

Best 10×10 Booth – Dinsdale Nursery (Booth #18031)

Best 10×20 or Larger Row Booth – Youngblood Nursery (Booth #18047)
