Florismart and Floral Frog will be entering into a partnership. "When we started Florismart 3 years ago there was no software on the market that was in the cloud, available on all devices and easy to use. There were a few systems, but they were clunky and not fast enough for a modern florist’s needs. Our plan was to build something great, but earlier this year we met Wayne and Kim, a developer and a florist. They released Floral Frog at the beginning of this year, and it is everything we imagined. So we decided to join forces and work together in partnership for the greater good of the independent florist. What does this mean?
"Essentially you will see Florismart promoting Floral Frog on our webshop, in our marketing (news)letters, in our Facebook groups. Our Customer Service team will be the back up support for the phones. If you are already a Floral Frog customer, then Kim will remain your support person. But Florismart’s Customer Service team will be trained and be able to support customers at busy times. Our Ambassadors have also received training on the Floral Frog system to be able to answer your questions. Lastly, you will see us together at Trade Shows, explaining why management software is an essential part of being a modern florist."
