Select Breeding will be present at IFTF Vijfhuizen, held from 7th to 9th of November. Besides new varieties Select Breeding will also present their existing varieties including the white T- hybrid variety Queen of Africa. Since January this year Select Breeding has their own test and show facility at Oserian 2 Lakes Flower Park, Naivasha in Kenya and a trial location for high altitude selection in Nakuru. At the IFTF two new varieties, Sunpalace and Volcano will be presented.
In Latin America, Select Breeding is also undergoing a major development with its first commercial variety Clementina. This bi-colour orange variety has an excellent production and vase life. During the IFTF Clementina will be presented to the public for the first time.
In Latin America Select Breeding is presented by ICON Selections. The test facility is located at El Tandil farm in Bogota, Colombia. Clementina is the first commercial variety out of the varieties which are tested yearly under local growing conditions.
In Europe Select Breeding started a cooperation with Schreurs Roses. At this moment our varieties are tested with Schreurs for the European market.
