Floritec has posted a video interview with Cedi Nsereko, production manager at their production location XClusive in Uganda.
In the video, Cedi talks about the system he works with at the location, with which he can quickly look at where there are problems. "I also make a round in the morning to see what's happening in the greenhouse", he says.
Cedi also talks about his style of management: "I give people as much knowledge as possible so they can do things on their own."
