The park covers more than 250 hectares and is one of the major tourist attractions in Thailand. The owner, Mr. Kampon Tansacha, had for some time the wish to add a large cactus park. In 2018, this wish was fulfilled through cooperation with the Dutch.

The cactus garden is designed with the theme 'dinosaur'. All exhibited statues are made by employees of the garden.

Miss Universe
To celebrate the opening festively, there was an extensive evening gala last Thursday where 40 participants of the Miss Universe pageant were also present. Coincidentally, this contest currently takes place in Thailand and the misses made an appearance at the special invitation of the owner. The next day the park was officially opened for visitors.
