Farmer Wants a Wife (Boer zoekt Vrouw) is incredibly popular in both the Netherlands and Belgium. The originally British show has been on Flemish television since 2004.
Since this year they changed the format slightly and are calling the show Boer Zoekt Vrouw - De Wereld Rond (Around the World). Five Flemish farmers who live and work abroad will look for love.
Preparations for next season are in full swing and they are looking for male and female Flemish farmers who are single living abroad. The definition of farmer is very broad here, you just need to make your living from the land somehow.
