This summary lists all of the highlights of the meeting, such as the presentations of Jack Goossens (SB chair) and Steven van Schilfgaarde (CEO) and the results of the different votes. In addition to the farewell of 2 members of the Supervisory Board, 2 new members were appointed and the Members' Council was established. Furthermore, David van Mechelen (CFO) introduced himself to the members, a word of thanks was spoken and the GMM committee and Nomination Committee said their goodbyes.
This was the last General Members' Meeting, because as of 1 January 2019, the Members' Council with its 42 members will constitute the new governance structure.
