HTA shares Brexit preparation advice

On the 19th December 2018 the Home Office published it's Immigration White Paper, setting out the future direction of immigration policy in the UK after we leave the EU in March 2019.

On 31 January 2019 the Government announced its plans for EEA citizens and their family members arriving in the UK after we leave the EU in the event the UK leaves without agreeing a deal.

The Government has also released a toolkit to aid employers in supporting employees and their families who are EU citizens to apply for settled status using the EU Settlement Scheme.
