US: PPC Flexible Packaging acquires HFM Packaging

PPC Flexible Packaging announced the acquisition of Pewaukee, Wisconsin – based HFM Packaging.

PPC, headquartered in Buffalo Grove, IL, is active in flexographic printing and converting of flexible films, bags, and pouches. It is a pioneer in cleanroom packaging for healthcare and medical applications, “better for you” snack organic brands, produce, pet food, bakery and horticulture. The firm operates five manufacturing facilities in Buffalo Grove, IL, Mission, KS, Rome, GA, Payson, UT, and Colombia, South America. Its facilities are SQF and ISO-9001 certified.

HFM Packaging, headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, has more than 40 years of experience producing packaging solutions for cosmetics, personal care, pharma, food and industrial applications.
