The president of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, reported that new resources are being invested to support flower producers in the state of Miranda, with the aim of being the second largest exporters of the item in the region.
Through the social network Twitter, the head of state specified that they work for productive growth, and the flower shop is one of the lines with the highest growth in 2018, with special emphasis on the anthurium species (also known as calla).
For his part, the governor of the territorial entity, Hector Rodriguez, detailed Wednesday that with the approved credit more than 90,000 seedlings of the exportable variety were acquired.
He also explained that the premise is to increase production from 20,000 to 180,000 per month.
