On April 12, 2019, Jet Fresh Flower Distributors paid a visit to Rosa Flora Limited in Ontario, Canada, where they were given a tour of their state-of-the-art facility.
Jet Fresh recently became the authorized distributor of Rosa Flora's flowers including Gerbera Daisies, Lisianthus, Snap Dragons, Stock and more. Jet Fresh brought a special guest along for the occasion: their infamous Gerbera Guy.
Rosa Flora Limited is a farm with 1.9 million square feet of greenhouses and growing, a fleet of 20 refrigerated trucks, and a cooler of over 35,000 square feet.
Gerbera Daisies
Rosa Flora Limited grows a wide variety of Gerbera Daisies available at Jet Fresh Flower Distributors for wholesale and events. They grow Standard and Mini Gerberas in many different varieties; as well as Spider Gerberas and Gerpom, aka Gerrondo Gerbera Daisies.
Rosa Flora Limited Canadian Gerbera Daisies are packed in 10-stem bunches using cards to perfectly lay gerbera daisies facing the same direction. These bunches are packed upright and shipped in water to improve vase life and performance.
Flowers from Rosa Flora Limited arrive straight to Jet Fresh in Miami shipped on a refrigerated truck. This efficiency means there are zero breaks in the cold chain reducing quality issues and diseases that can be caused from breaks in the cold chain.
