In November 2018, elected NGI members reached a consensus to establish a new national body for the Australian greenlife industry where businesses and associations could be members. A Transition Team was established to develop an Information Memorandum for Members to consider by June 2019.
The Information Memorandum contains important information about the proposed new peak body including the purpose of the organisation, board composition and membership structure. The document also addresses important relationships for Greenlife Industry Australia and has been comprehensively reviewed by legal and financial professionals.

Constitution
The proposed constitution for Greenlife Industry Australia is available for review. In the event of a vote to establish the new national peak body, the proposed constitution will need to be adopted by its Members. It is available for download here.
