Africa leads the way in banning plastic

Here in the Western world, we are regularly reading about initiatives from supermarkets on how to remove plastic bags from their stores. In Africa, countries such as Kenya and Tanzania are much further along. There, higher penalties are imposed when plastic bags are given away. Watch the above clip or read the whole article.
