A 20 ha hypericum farm with 17 ha of production area is looking for a partner, in full or in part. The farm is located at 30 km from Addis Ababa airport 2,100m above sea level. The facility is fully covered with hail protective nets and features drip irrigation. The facility runs on a Hortimax computer system.
The facility comes with a pump house capacity of 530 m3 water/hour, two reservoirs of 5000 m3, and a sprinkler system that fully covers the entire 17 ha of production area. It also features a light system, a 330 KVA generator, a cooling room, packing hall and fumigation room. On the property, there is also a resident house for the manager, a cool truck and tractors.
They are looking for a partner because of some health problems. Dutch speaking management is present and can stay.
