Vietnam: Binh Agri College celebrates move from growing rice to flowers and plants

On 10 January 2020, Thai Binh Agri College organized a ceremony on the occasion of getting the approval to change 2.3 ha land from growing rice into growing flowers, ornamental plants and young fruit plants. The meeting was attended by leaders from Thai Binh People’s Committee.

There are already some tulip and lily crops from Holland studied and grown by staff and students of the College. This is the first step to proceed the project to study and apply new varieties of flowers, young fruit plants and ornamental in their College.
