Protecting investments, reducing costs and developing markets were the three foundational pillars which sat behind the transition of the national peak industry body in Australia.
This conference session puts the spotlight on developing greenlife markets which is a strategic focus area for Greenlife Industry Australia.
Facilitated by Dr Josh Byrne, Director at Greenlife Industry Australia, the Development Markets Panel Discussion at the national conference the March, aims to uncover of the needs of the major greenlife supply markets of independent retail, chain retail, landscape and primary production.
Panellists, which include representatives from the independent retail and landscape sectors together with Michael Rogers from the Australian Fresh Produce Alliance and Belinda Rakers, Category Manager at Bunnings, will work to identify any commonality in the needs between the primary greenlife markets.
Further, in identifying those common areas, the panel will work to uncover the opportunities for efficient ways for the industry and its supply network to collaborate in growing the greenlife market.
Outputs from this session will be captured and applied to the planning of market development activities for Greenlife Industry Australia and will provide an insight for delegates in working with their primary customer base.
