On February 23, 2020, Jim Palmer celebrated his 5 year anniversary
with Millcreek Gardens. Jim joined the Millcreek team in the Spring of 2014 as a seasonal employee and helped in the Quart Perennial Department pulling orders. He left at the end of the season and returned in February of 2015 in a full-time position as Quality Control Coordinator in the Shipping Department. Later that year Jim transitioned to the Order Accuracy Coordinator within the Shipping Department where he confirmed and inspected all plant material that was pulled for each order that leaves the facility.
In 2018 Jim was promoted to Shipping and Facilities Team Leader. He works with the Coordinators in the Shipping Department as well as the Drivers to coordinate driver assignments and schedules for product delivery to customers. He works with the Facility Coordinator to keep the operation running smoothly. Outside of work Jim enjoys hiking, craft beer, and growing a great beard.
