Women’s Day is becoming more and more important in the industry. It is a great opportunity to encourage other women to embrace their power and Ball is a good example. 'You are the New Beautiful' event took place at Miami, Florida were hundreds of women met at the M3 Studios to enjoy a day among friends, enjoy flowers and listen to many speeches from empowered women in different industries about their experience and how they have achieved their successes.
As a sponsor, not only did they decorate the event with their flowers, show their varieties and educate the many women about flower diversity, dressed them in flowers, conduct a mini workshop but also had the opportunity for Juana de la Torre, Ball SB Sales Director, to share her experience in the industry.
