NL: Qualily buys greenhouse from chrysanthemum grower Laurens van der Lans

Qualily, the company of Ruud van der Hoeven and Raymond Vijverberg, had already for some time the ambition to centralize further and to grow more. After visiting various nurseries, they came in contact with Laurens van der Lans, a chrysanthemum grower in 's-Gravenzande, the Netherlands. After several discussions, both parties came to an agreement.

Selling offers Laurens the opportunity, after he stops growing chrysanthemums in July, to look for a new challenge.

He then also leaves VannoVa and therefore stops being a grower. VannoVa is the growers’ collective that he started eight years ago, together with four other chrysanthemum companies.

VannoVa now consists of ten companies. The assortment of Kennedy chrysanthemums that Laurens grows until July, will afterwards continue to be available through VannoVa.

With the purchase of the Van der Lans company, the cultivation acreage of Qualily grows by 20%.
