The Covid-19 imposes a lot of limitations to everybody and due to the current situation the well-known annual industry event FlowerTrials has been cancelled. Beekenkamp therefore comes with a modern spin-off version of the FlowerTrials: the Flower Digi Trials.
“Given the continuing concern about the spread of COVID-19 and its impact on the entire world and industry, it is a correct decision by the FlowerTrials organization. Nevertheless, we are sorry that this event is not going to take place. The FlowerTrials is such a unique opportunity to show our range to the trade, retail and grower. It is also a perfect platform to bring the entire industry together”, says Cor Bremmer, Commercial Director Beekenkamp Ornamentals.
“If people cannot come to the Flower Trials, we make sure that the Flower Trials come to them. By adapting the traditional Flower Trials to the Flower Digi Trials, we continue to live up to the slogan: 'Where plants meet people', only then digitally”, says Sirekit Mol, Head of Product Trade Manager and Marketing Manager for Beekenkamp Plants. “We will ensure that all our customers, from grower to retail, from all countries are informed via at least digital means."
By means of vlogs, blogs, live videos, webinars, photos and other images, Beekenkamp Plants brings the range, the novelties and information to the grower, trade, retail and the press. The show garden will still be planted, so it can be followed digitally or live this summer.
