Large gatherings and travel will not be possible for the foreseeable future. The need for networking and sharing inspiration among companies, entrepreneurs and the trade community has been on the rise since the start of the Covid-19 crisis.
With their digital expo, Plantarium aims to boost recovery in the sector. The event will take place on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 September and is intended to connect the market and inspire visitors with the latest novelties, trends and developments. Visitors and participants can register now at www.plantariumdigitalexpo.com.
Participants
The interactive 360-degree product presentations allow participants such as growers and breeders to display their plants and products to customers in all their glory. Of course, each participating company can easily be found by name, logo, company profile, description of their product selection, link to the website and contact information. As at a physical trade fair, this event provides scope for talks with booth representatives in a variety of ways.
Programme contents
During the event, visitors from all over the world will also be able to tune in to the live ‘greenspiration’ programme, which includes presentations, interviews, round table talks and discussions on a wide range of topics. As an extra function, immediate questions or comments will be possible via chat.
Novelties
Growers and breeders will be able to submit novelties for official approval by the Royal Boskoop Horticultural Society or KVBC. As always, the award ceremony will take place on the first day of the event. The first inspection day will be scheduled for early June, the second on the 24th of August.
