Floricultura introduces the Phalaenopsis Eccentrix series. This is a fascinating, high-quality series that goes beyond traditional definitions. Its flowers are bigger, more colourful and prominent compared to Multiflora varieties. Spike lengths of 45-50 cm add to the series’ unique position.
Rare and eccentric
Eccentrix varieties are both rare and eccentric. "With this series, growers will definitely draw the attention of their customers. The vibrant varieties give plenty of opportunities to be distinctive and stand out from the crowd", says Ronald van Geest, CEO of Floricultura.
11 varieties
The Eccentrix series currently consists of these 11 varieties with a number of very interesting eye catchers among them. Eccentrix is the fourth consecutive series Floricultura has launched. Prior to this launch the company introduced Lingua (big lip varieties), Elastica (cascade type varieties) and Flowerful (varieties that can compete with a bunch of cut flowers). "Floricultura will continue this development as we are convinced this is of added value to our customers", explains Van Geest.
