In 2010 he started a journey to integrate the breeding and supply of the top 10 horticultural crops globally in one company, thus providing the customers with a portfolio of products that would serve the fashion character of the industry. His success in this endeavor led to the creation of Dümmen Orange as a global leader in horticulture.
"Harry's personality contributed to the family atmosphere of the company. His children and later his grandchildren were at the center of his private life. He demonstrated the same passion in his coaching and training of employees. While the company was growing in customers and products, Harry was dedicated to making sure that the customer's voice was heard and addressed at all meetings. Passion and evolving excellence, combined with boundless solutions, may describe best his attitude and drive.
