Trade fair GrootGroenPlus will open its visitor registration for the 30th edition - which will be held from 30 September - 2 October in Zundert (NL) - at the end of July. Due to rules and regulations related to the new coronavirus, it is only possible to visit the trade fair after making an online reservation. To make sure that all visitors are spread in a safe manner, two time slots per day are used.
Visitors are asked to come alone as much as possible, and travel outside of rush hours if they use public transport. After registration, visitors will receive a confirmation with important information regarding rules and regulations that apply to this year’s edition. Of course, the safety of visitors and participants is our biggest priority, and we will do everything we can to make sure that - despite all regulations - everything goes as smooth as possible. In order to do this, we need everyone’s help.
One of the measures is maximising the number of visitors per square meter, and per time slot; that is why we put some limits on the existing online preregistration. Every reservation has a start and an end time. On Wednesday, we will open the trade fair an hour earlier. Opening hours are the same on all three days of the trade fair: from 9:00 to 18:00.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow visitors without registration at the trade fair. The visitors parking will be at the Meirseweg 54 in Zundert again, and we will provide free shuttles to transport visitors to and from the trade fair. Please bring your own face mask. Groups (more than 5 people) and educational authorities are asked to register via info@grootgroenplus.nl, since special rules will apply to them.
We kindly ask you to plan your visit as soon as possible, and register, so we can keep you updated in a timely matter. Please use one registration form per person, and check to see if you used a valid e-mail address. Based on this information, we can see if we have enough time slots available.
