NL: Hilverda De Boer Group takes over activities of Van Dijk Bloemen

The Aalsmeer companies Hilverda De Boer Group and Van Dijk Bloemen have reached an agreement to transfer the activities of Van Dijk Bloemen to the Hilverda De Boer Group.

Activities tie in well
Van Dijk Bloemen exports cut flowers and potted plants to wholesalers, high-end florists and wedding & event planners. The activities of Van Dijk Bloemen are a good fit with the Hilverda De Boer Group, which largely has the same customer types and export countries. More than 60 countries will be served jointly.

Continuity
By joining forces, the activities of Van Dijk Bloemen are assured of continuity. And for the entire group, cost efficiency and purchasing power are increased. Hilverda De Boer has been active in the floriculture sector since 1909. The Hilverda De Boer Group currently has 350 employees in The Netherlands and abroad. With Hilverda De Boer and Anton Spaargaren as branches in Aalsmeer, eight branches in Scandinavia and a country-wide sales organization in the United States, the group has a total turnover of almost 200 million euros.
