Hawthorne Gardening provides Gavita and Agrolux with new premises

Hawthorne Gardening will soon move its Gavita International offices and the production facilities of both Agrolux and Gavita to a new location at Naritaweg 6-8 in Rozenburg (Netherlands). With an adapted sales office, Agrolux will also remain located in the Westland.

Growth
Fred Bosch, General Manager of Hawthorne International: "Our ambition is to more than double our turnover within five years, and that will require a rapidly growing organization of people and resources. Only by continuing to invest in our employees, R&D and modern production lines we will be able to serve our customers optimally and to supply to both existing and new markets."

With the relocation, the extra square meters come in handy. "This move also marks a new chapter for Gavita and Agrolux, as all production and administrative staff will work in one location. This not only improves efficiency and increases capacity, but in particular also gives a greater team experience. I am truly pleased that we have now found this location and that we can offer a contemporary working environment to the team that fulfills our ambitions."

Production facility
Hawthorne's manufacturing facility assembles hundreds of thousands of luminaires on an annual basis. Ample production facilities are therefore planned at the new location for now and for future growth. Bosch: "On the busiest days of the year, up to 100 people work on the production and sub-assembly lines."

"It is also very important that our new production area is designed in such a way that it can comfortably meet all existing and future safety standards, and that people can carry out their work in a healthy way. We also wanted to create various modern, pleasant spaces where our employees and visitors will be able to work with pleasure and efficiency and can view our products."
