Sri Lanka invests to develop floriculture

Sri Lankan Tourism Minister Prasanna Ranatunga said that the Government has allocated Rs.23 million [125,000 USD] to provide tools and other necessary equipment free for cultivating flowers and plants for nursery and floricultural producers.

About 1,000 members of the Floricultural Associations will be provided with tools and other necessary equipment for free of charge.
