UK: Floribunda Rose set to be grown in honour of Jennifer Rose Sell

The target has been reached to ensure that a Floribunda Rose will be grown and specifically named ‘Jennifer Rose Sell’.

After careful and meticulous research, renowned rose grower, Philip Harkness, in association with David White of Planet Gardening, have been approached for their expertise. As a result, Jenny’s parents have selected the Rose they feel best represents the qualities of their beautiful daughter. 

Jenny’s life was tragically taken in July 2019 and since that time the local community has supported the fundraising appeal to such an extent that the initial target was reached and exceeded within five months, just before the country had to lock down due to the pandemic.
