Nufarm Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Greg Hunt, announced the appointment of Paul Townsend to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Townsend’s 30-year career includes CFO roles with Asaleo Care, Pacific Hydro, Futuris Automotive Group and most recently, Monash University.
Mr. Hunt said, “Paul is a highly experienced CFO and his extensive record across a variety of industries will be an asset to our Executive Team and the investor community as we continue to drive our agenda to improve returns.”
Paul holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University of Technology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia. He will commence in his role with Nufarm on December 1.
