A wholesale nursery/cash and carry site in Scotland is available to let. The nursery extends to circa 21 acres and lies adjacent to Dobbies Garden Centre.
A cash and carry has operated on the site for many years, and although there is a restriction on direct sales from the site, sales can be made to landscapers, estates, farms, landscape architects etc.
