US: AIPH announces a new preferred partnership with WeTrack

The International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) announces another top-quality company joins the organisation’s Preferred Partner programme. WeTrack is now AIPH’s preferred provider of project-management software for its International Horticultural Expos for the next two years.

WeTrack's project management software has been used by organisers of some of the world’s most prestigious events, venues, and organisations, including World Triathlon, the FIA, Ascot Racecourse, Wimbledon, and the International Cricket Council. It enables teams and departments to track tasks and projects, collaborate better with stakeholders, and build, download, and share custom reports.

Tim Briercliffe, AIPH Secretary General says: “We hope that this partnership will further professionalise our internal practice and the organisation of Expos with enhanced project planning accountability and transparency”.

Elena Terekhova, AIPH International Relations Manager, comments “We are looking forward to developing this new tool in association with the organisers of AIPH-approved Expos. WeTrack’s event planning software will not only support AIPH in our role of regulating and steering our Expos but will also further enhance the project planning of our Expo organisers through its straightforward and cost-effective, multi-user platform.”

Peter Ward, Managing Director of WeTrack, says, “It is a great opportunity for WeTrack to partner with AIPH and support its mission. We look forward to doing our small bit to promote AIPH’s cause of a sustainable and prosperous society.”

The AIPH Preferred Partner Programme supports Expo organisers seeking quality suppliers of goods and services for major events. In addition to project management, other examples of major requirements are ticketing, visitor experience, events management, entertainment, logistics, landscape design, utilities, sanitation, glass constructions, temporary constructions, horticultural machinery, food and beverage, staging, lighting and many more sectors.

Senior International Relations Manager, Treve Evans, adds: “We very much welcome WeTrack as one of our growing number of Preferred Partners. The Partnership Programme provides a unique opportunity for businesses servicing major events to contribute to the success of Expos approved by AIPH”

The AIPH Virtual Expo Conference on 16 March presents an excellent opportunity to learn more about hosting or being involved with our major horticultural events and to network with expo organisers, city representatives interested in hosting an expo, urban developers, AIPH members, NGOs, international city and environmental organisations and suppliers to major events.
