Market developments 24 February 2021
Up to and including February 24, the number of units sold on the clock is 5.6% higher than week 8 last year (cut flowers +5.1%; houseplants +7.9%; garden plants +45.9%). For direct, the number of units sold this week was 16.8% higher than last year. Pricing on the clock is good. On average, the average price on the clock came to 44 cents. This is 30.2% higher compared to the same week last year. Withdrawal so far this week averages 0.0%. This keeps withdrawal in this new year at a consistently low level.
