Recently, Mr. Liu Weitao, director of the Niuzhuang Town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Center, pointed to two silver pipes on both sides of the corridor, and said, "The circulating heating system is the heating pad for the growth of flowers." To maintain the vigorous vitality of plants, solving the problem of heating in winter is the primary task. Traditional methods of burning coal, oil, or turning on air-conditioning for heating are costly and not environmentally friendly. How to solve the problem?
This problem has been solved very well in Niuzhuang Town. Niuzhuang Town is rich in geothermal resources, with a burial depth of about 2,000 meters and a temperature of about 85°C. It was originally mainly used for heating in the town’s 240,000 m2 residential area. Now the heating tailwater has a "new destination" and has become the heating energy source for Shuangfu. "One m2 can save about 50 RMB a year compared with coal burning. The first phase of the project with an area of 30,000 m2 can save 1.5 million RMB a year, which not only reduces production and operation costs but also achieves the green and environmental friendly goal." Mr. Wang Lei, director of the Shuangfu Fusheng Agriculture Office, introduced.
The traditional model of water and fertilizer irrigation is high in consumption and low-efficiency. It takes two workers to irrigate 100 tons of water and fertilizer in a traditional greenhouse of 5000 m2, and the utilization rate of water and fertilizer is only about 40%. Now in Shuangfu Fusheng, a 5,000-m2 intelligent flower greenhouse adopts the technology of "tidal irrigation + fertilizer and water recycle". Circulating irrigation of 100 tons of water and fertilizer can achieve the 60% recycling rate, and the utilization rate of water and fertilizer can be increased to 95%. Irrigation once a day can ensure a sufficient fertilizer rate and ensure the healthy growth of flowers.
The electronic screen above the entrance of the miniature rose greenhouse planting area displays various indicators in the greenhouse as "Temperature 23°C, humidity 78%, lighting 13000 Lux, carbon dioxide 450PPM". "It's not like a common agricultural park, it's more like an intelligent factory. Managers can control ventilation, fertilization, watering, and other matters with a mobile phone," said technician Mr. Lu Jiangang.
These conveniences all benefit from the use of the greenhouse climate control system. The temperature and humidity in traditional greenhouses are generally sensed by working experience, senses, or simple temperature and hygrometer which means changes in the greenhouse cannot be detected in time, and the growing environment for plants cannot be kept constant. The smart greenhouse in Shuangfu is operated by the Internet of Things technology, all of which are precisely controlled by computers.
Walking in the Shuangfu planting greenhouse, the high-pressure sodium lamp is particularly eye-catching. This is an intelligent artificial light system. Shuangfu installed 500 high-pressure sodium lamps in the planting area to simulate sunlight, tailor-made light sources for crops, so that planting is no longer dependent on the weather, and it also solves the problem of insufficient light in the traditional solar greenhouse in winter that affects the crops receiving lights and slow growth.
In each greenhouse, a square box with sensors is installed, which is connected to the IoT control system. According to different seasons and different varieties of plants, different environmental conditions can be set to realize the automatic operation of the intelligent greenhouse. “The set temperature in our miniature rose planting greenhouse is 20°C~25°C, and the humidity is 70%~85%.” Mrs. Zhang Xiaoqin, a 50-year-old villager in Weijia Village, is busy with a bright smile on her face.
Now, Mrs. Zhang has become an expert in flower planting. According to her, when the environment in the greenhouse falls below or exceeds this range, the cooling system (wet curtain fan) or heating system (internal and external thermal insulation equipment) will automatically operate, dehumidification system (circulation fan) or humidification system (spray humidifier) will automatically turn on to regulate the temperature and humidity.
In the shipping area, the transport vehicle filled with bouquet boxes will be disinfected and drive out slowly. “About 3000 bunches are shipped every day.
