Florescencia is a Cambria nursery in the Netherlands. It's closing shop and selling its greenhouse. Now it's a matter of auctioning off everything. The business must be sold before the end of the year. It could be earlier. That's according to grower Leon Vollering.
This concerns a relatively new greenhouse. It was built in 2002. It could be an excellent investment for someone who grows a similar product. The structure is equipped with lighting and rolling tables.
It also has all kinds of technical equipment too. It's really well isolated as well, says Leon. The greenhouse is fitted with slab walls and three screens. So, it's a very energy-efficient business. Its goal is to grow pot orchids at high temperatures.
The company is closing down because it's not sufficiently confident in the market (development).
The greenhouse is situated at 12 Munnikenweg in Berkel en Rodenrijs. You can find more information about it here on Glastuinbouw Aanbod.
