In early 2017, in order to develop the collective economy of the village, guide the villagers to optimize the industrial structure, and increase the villagers' income, the village established the Ren Village Collective Economic Cooperative, with more than 3,000 villagers becoming shareholders. After the resolutions of all shareholder representatives and the multi-party investigations of the Rencun Collective Economic Cooperative, it was decided to build the first project of the cooperative, the Garden Farm.

In 2018, the Garden Farm project was completed, covering an area of ​​over 4 hectares with an annual output of one million flower seedlings. "Currently, the total area of ​​modern smart greenhouses, flower solar greenhouses and flower nursery greenhouses exceeds 120,000 square meters. It can produce 1.5 million pots of various kinds of grass and flowers each year. It can realize a long-term supply of more than 20 varieties of grass flowers, such as kale, pansy, marigold, begonia, and other varieties. Mr. Xiao Peng, the head of the Rencun Collective Economic Cooperative, said that the project will focus on the production, lease, and sale of grass flowers and also try to make a breakthrough, with rural revitalization as the ultimate goal.
