In the Nieuwland-Noordland polder near 's-Gravenzande, the Netherlands, two growers were caught illegally discharging last week. Both growers were fined.
The polder Nieuwland-Noordland has left the aftercare phase of the Gebiedsgerichte Aanpak in 2018, in which the Hoogheemraadschap Delfland works together with growers, among others, on good water quality.
