Bloomin' Easy parody reminds horticulture of the challenge facing new consumers

Bloomin’ Easy® released a new mockumentary-style parody
video, Young Homeowners in the Wild. The lighthearted approach shows two contrasting realities for a young family—one frustrated without the support and another thriving and happy with Bloomin’ Easy’s plants and how-to-care support.

“We must find a way to help the 18 million or so newcomers to gardening, and countless millions of young homeowners before them that struggle to find success with plants,” says Brand Manager, DeVonne Friesen. “It was fun to create this parody on young homeowner behavior, but we take our mission very seriously. Our goal is to help growers and garden centers answer the fears their young shoppers have by offering world-class new varieties and relevant
support tools.”
