Gardeners in Srinagar have scaled up their preparations for the next year's Tulip garden festival there. Speaking to ANI, a gardener at Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip garden at Cheshmashahi in Srinagar, Nazir Ahmad said, "As of now, we are harvesting seeds of the ones we have sown.
