The SAF convention is a yearly event where you can connect with the floral community at an in-person, all-industry event. Between education sessions, workshops, and social events, you have the chance to learn more about the industry and network. The SAF Orlando 2021 convention specially focused on how the industry is adapting to the pandemic at every level. From the structure in a company to how the customer buying behavior has changed.
"Our SAF team was lucky to travel to the convention and learn about different topics. The principal learning point was the Covid19 effects on the florist sector. Also, themes like technology upgrades to connect with customers better and what the floral industry would look like after the pandemic were interesting ideas for our team."
