“We are proud to have supplied Archie Rose Distillery Co. with fresh waxflower to be included in their updated Signature Gin,” says Adrian Parsons, Managing Director of Helix Australia. “We continue to develop a range of value-added opportunities in the food/beverage channel with our edible waxflower hybrids.”
The reimagined Signature Gin: now with waxflower
The Signature Dry Gin has been with Archie Rose since its launch six years ago. Since then, it has become one of the cornerstones of the core Archie Rose range of spirits, the winner of World’s Best Contemporary gin, and the two-time winner of Australia’s Best Gin. “It’s no doubt an exceptional drop, but with our incredible new distillery kit as a catalyst, we've evolved, improved and refined Signature Dry Gin to be the very best representation of a modern classic Australian dry gin in 2021,” says the Archie Rose Distillery team. “We did this by tweaking the recipe to include two new botanicals: Helix waxflower and sunrise lime. We also reduced the number of botanical distillates used in Signature Dry Gin, with the new blend featuring eight instead of 14, allowing us to focus on the individuality, complexity, and expressiveness of each ingredient. Signature Dry Gin has a new look, too. We've dressed up the bottle with a new neck collar and beautiful eucalyptus green label.”
