In Jixihe Village, all kinds of flowers bloom in reds, yellows, purples, and many other colors. Like these flowers, the flower industry is flourishing.
Conghua regards the establishment of a national modern agricultural industrial park as the top priority of the region’s rural revitalization work. This park will be a "one-stop" flower industry platform, integrating expo, R&D, storage and preservation, and cold chain logistics. Flower processing enterprises producing, among others, cosmetics, biomedicine, food, and health products are involved with the park.
Unilever's production and marketing base will cooperate with Conghua District to develop food and products using lychees, flowers, and other agricultural products as main raw materials. Unilever's products use more than 50 natural plant extracts such as aloe, roselle, and rose essential oil. In the future, it will make full use of the local flowers and plants in Conghua to form a nearby supply chain and promote the revitalization of the rural areas.
While promoting innovation, Conghua District supports more cooperation models and entrepreneurship in the industrial park and encourages all kinds of talent to participate in flower-related industry entrepreneurial activities. Some of the ways in which they do this is by encouraging and supporting growers' professional cooperatives to develop specialized, intensive, and large-scale production, relying on local industries and flower and garden planting demonstration bases, guiding cooperatives to develop cross-regional and cross-industry joint cooperation, providing innovative and entrepreneurial service training for flower growers, and expanding the scientific and technological talent team of the industrial park.
Conghua will promote the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, so that modern and efficient agriculture will benefit rural growers more and better.
