By 2021, 14 new participants will have joined Rainlevelr. In the project, growers lend out their basins or silos to collect water during heavy rainfall. The 14 companies together account for 88 ha net glass.
The total area of net glass connected to Rainlevelr as of 31 December 2021 is 281 ha.
In 2022, the project aims to recruit even more participants, thanks to the experience gained from converting existing situations. In 2022, Rainlevelr will also investigate how further digitalization can support the project by unburdening the participants.
