In view of European legislation aimed at curbing plastic use, which is now in preparation, Fresco Flowers anticipates upcoming changes.
As a result, a 50% recycled film has already been developed, but that on itself wasn't sufficient. A collaboration was sought and found with various companies that play a role in the chain in terms of collection, processing, and reuse. A collaboration that resulted in a foil that is 100% made of recycled plastic and that has now reduced the company's plastic consumption by 50%.
