Following the tragic loss of founder and managing director of Xclusive Uganda Peter Benders, Sjoerd de Boer has been appointed as the new managing director.
Sjoerd has broad experience in horticulture, and over the past two years, he has brought significant developments within the Xclusive group of companies, as well as in Xclusive Kalanchoe specifically. These accomplishments have been in the field of organizational development, product quality, and delivery reliability.
Before his appointment at Xclusive two years ago, Sjoerd gained many years of experience at Royal van Zanten in Uganda, Florensis in Kenya, and Schoneveld in Tanzania.
Sjoerd will be supported by Hans van Eijzeren in his role as business development director and Roelof Gunnink as financial director.
