Baiyi Yinong Investment Company is a company in west China. In 2020, Baiyi launched the 1st 4ha rose project in Linxia, China. The plan was committed to applying the most advanced Dutch technology to China, providing first-class flower products for the growing Chinese flower market, and using the Internet to optimize the flower industry chain. The project was a huge success in bringing jobs to local farmers and providing high-quality roses to the Chinese market. In 2021, Group Chairman Mr. Lu Hongzhou won the honorary title of "National Advanced Individual in Poverty Alleviation" by the Chinese central government in Beijing.
In 2021, Baiyi started a new plan for another 20ha rose project, including three high-tech glasshouses integrating Dutch technologies. Meteor Systems supplied a whole package of gutter and irrigation. One greenhouse was recently finished. Even though it is Covid lockdown in China, they managed to finish the project in time.
Both Baiyi's two large-scale rose projects chose steel gutter systems. Compared with traditional soil growing rose, the steel gutter uses a small substrate volume, making plan management more active. At the same time, the steel cultivation gutter has a better drain. In addition, using a steel gutter provides better ventilation near the cultivation trough, which can reduce the rate of pests and diseases. In a word, it is a more modern high efficient mode of rose production.

Cutting rose is one of the flowers with the largest planting area and market share in China. With the gradual expansion of middle-class groups with spending power, the market's demand for high-quality roses has gradually increased.
