International floriculture ladies meet up during Greentech

The Greentech is hosting The Ladies Circle, a network of women who stimulate female leadership in floriculture, for the second time. They are convinced that it is precisely the surprising, different approaches of women that contribute to a broader perspective on the sector's developments. From this point of view, they organize an annual event in which they motivate (future) female leaders to develop their leadership.

Last year

In an afternoon program, they let two guest speakers from outside the sector talk about developing leadership traits under the title 'Magic happens when you connect.'

Julia Djarova, Director Ernst & Young, shares her passion for coaching companies in their development. She provides facts and figures about the better performance of companies with a balance between male and female management. Nicole Edelenbos - known as a director of Dutch professional football clubs - points out the important female characteristics within the male-dominated work cultures and talks about her initiative 'Future Female Leaders' to support the development of young female professionals.

After the program, there will, of course, be time to meet up over a drink. All this will take place on Tuesday 14 June from 14:30. Ambitious floriculture ladies are welcome to attend free of charge and can register now via this link.
