21-22 September

Announcing date and format change Trade Mission Poland

Trade mission Poland changes from a virtual to an in-person event in Warsaw between 21-22 September.

Are you a company active in the production of floriculture products or a floriculture exporter, or do you do both? Would you like to do business with Polish retail customers, catch up with existing Polish business partners, or be informed about developments within the Polish retail market? Then you may consider joining the first in-person floral trade mission since the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially set for June, the B2B event has moved dates to 21-22 September 2022 and will take place in the Mazurkas Convention Centre in Ożarów Mazowiecki (6km from Warsaw’s city center).

FCI and AIPH have been collaborating with Fresh Market to be present at the 2022 edition of the Fresh Market Meeting and Fair. This well-established retail event in Warsaw has been established for 16 years. The FCI/AIPH/Fresh Market Trade Mission is about putting faith back into face-to-face business with an impressive lineup of participating Polish retailers.

The Trade Mission Poland’s matchmaker is Ron van der Ploeg, a floral industry veteran and editor of FloraCulture International. He is delighted to work with the Fresh Market team in Poland and will do his utmost to arrange the most ‘flowerful’ trade delegations meetings.

The Netherlands has been chosen as a partner country, which will lead to a strong contingent of professionals from within the Dutch flower industry at this year’s Fresh Market event.

The Dutch delegation will arrive on 21 September to embark on a retail safari across the city of Warsaw. The Dutch Embassy in the Netherlands will also give the Dutch delegation a special welcome.
