Matthew brings with him more than 25 years of professional experience in horticulture in sales, production, and operations. “He has worked for finished plant growers, propagators, and genetics management companies. Matthew worked at Floriana for nine years, spending time as a supervisor in the Seedling Department and Despatch and then progressing to Scheduling. Floriana sold the branding to Oasis Horticulture, and Matthew moved with the branding to Oasis and worked there as a scheduler for three years.
Matthew then moved to Haars Nursery, working initially in the Scheduling department and then progressing to Business Development Manager. After eight years, Matthew moved to another family-run business in Majestic Young Plants as Operations Manager.
